R&D Services, Inc. was established in August 1994 for the purpose of providing consulting and testing services to the insulation industry. David W. Yarbrough and Ronald S. Graves are the principals. Our goal is to work with manufacturers, associations, and code bodies in areas of mutual interest.
R&D Services, Inc. Facility General areas of expertise include testing and correlation of the properties
of insulations and building materials. The measurements of properties of closed
cell foams, thermal conductivity versus temperature and density, product
development and follow-up testing for insulation manufacturers are examples of
specific areas of expertise. We specialize in the development of new or
one-of-a-kind material or performance testing.
