experience and qualifications. Job function was at advanced degree level.
Entire career of 36 years was spent at Oak Ridge National Laboratory ( 1958-1995).
Major activities have been related to research in the field of heat transfer.
Analyses of thermal performance of insulation materials.
Directed a thermal measurement laboratory.
Operated heat flow meter apparatus (C518) and an unguarded thin heater apparatus ( C1114).
Developed test equipment for the High Temperatures Materials Laboratory at ORNL.
Principal investigator for four ORNL Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) with industry.
Contacts with Department of Energy, Federal Trade Commission and state agencies.
Numerous presentations at technical meetings.
Over 140 publications.
